GENTIAN, RHUBARB, CINCHONA, CLOVES, LICORICE

Balanced and complex, rich and aromatic flavor.

Aftertaste of mint, bittersweet , with notes of rhubarb anc cinchona.

Complex spicy notes remain in the mouth.

The scent of licorice characterizes the final of the tasting and determines the natural color of Amaro De ‘Medici.

ALCOHOL: Vol. 30% Alcohol from Italian cereals, of superior quality. This guarantees a greater elegance and softness to the liqueur.

SUGAR: Sugar content 24%.  Ultra fine English sugar. The difference lies in the refinement of the granule. English sugar is very pure and dissolves quickly without residue, giving a feeling of greater softness on the palate.

Like all our products, AMARO de’ MEDICI is made using the water ACQUA DI TOSCANA SAN FELICE.

DOES NOT CONTAIN DYES.

Rests in stainless steel (AISI 316) containers for 25/30 days. This gives a good oxygenation and stability to the product.
