This is the content of mineral salts contained in one litre of water. It is calculated by evaporating one litre of water at 180 °C and weighing the solid salt residue found at the bottom of the vessel. PH
The pH scale ranges from an extreme of 0 for highly acidic solutions, to 14 for highly alkaline compounds. Acqua di Toscana San Felice is essentially neutral and perfectly balanced.
